Welcome to Wonderful Waves! When you book through our website or the App (together or separately), you must read and accept the terms and conditions (“Terms”) of the booking before scheduling an appointment and completing the payment process. Once you have scheduled an appointment and completed the payment process, you are bound by the terms contained herein.
By providing this App and/or the Site for use, Wonderful Waves is granting you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, license to access and make personal use of the information and services contained on this App and/or the Site, strictly subject to and in accordance with these Terms, and Wonderful Waves reserves the right to modify or terminate this license at any time and for any reason without notice to the User/Customer.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the automatic termination of this license to use without prior notice. Except for the license set forth in these Terms, Wonderful Waves does not grant you any express or implied rights or licenses under any patents, trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary material.
Customers must remove all personal belongings, money and other important items from their vehicle before we commence our service. Wonderful Waves or its employees or representatives will not be liable for any liability arising from any damage or loss to any personal property including the vehicle being washed or any belongings inside the vehicle or to the service location. It is the responsibility of the customer (service requester) to ensure that the vehicle is washed and cared for in a legal and safe area. If he/she feels otherwise, please inform Wonderful Waves or our service provider of your concerns. It is also clear and explicit that all cars are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand the normal cleaning operations.
Wonderful Waves endeavours to maintain regular bookings on the same day and time each week. Occasionally we may be required to make changes, but we will try to communicate the changes before our service provider/agent arrives.
Wonderful Waves reserves the right to take payment or credit card details to deduct the value of the booking or service, and reserves the right to amend or transfer the booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and/or machinery or equipment failure or any other difficulty in providing the service without any liability to the company.
All requests submitted require verification of the address and condition of the vehicle, Service requests are not guaranteed at the time of booking and may be cancelled at any time at Wonderful Waves’s sole discretion, Wonderful Waves reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
Wonderful Waves reserves the right to refuse or reject customer requests in excess of the capacity of the service booked.
Wonderful Waves will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its employees under any circumstances and will take immediate legal action if any such behaviour is encountered.
The price of the services will be set out in our price list as listed on the App and/or Website, and will be the price in effect at the time you submit your work order. Prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect work orders that have already been accepted and received for the service.
The prices on the App and/or Website do not include any additional fees. Any other fees will be clearly displayed in the customer's work order summary.
In the event that the customer does not indicate when requesting the service that there is dirt or traces that are difficult to remove during the provision of the service, an additional fee of a minimum of 20% will be applied to any cleaning service, including mud, heavy dirt, residue, pet hair, vomit, urine, blood, feces, or other hazardous or chemical materials, dyes, and colors.
Wonderful Waves Company 's prices are based on the type of service, location, type of vehicle, condition of the vehicle, time of service, materials used in cleaning, the category chosen for the service, and other criteria used in pricing.
Wonderful Waves Company reserves the right to charge a fee per vehicle according to its condition, type of vehicle, and location of the customer.
When you choose to pay through the payment gateway using your available payment methods (Debit Card / Mada Card / Credit Card / STC Pay / Apple Pay / etc.), the amount due will be deducted immediately upon submitting the service request and booking. Once the customer’s service request / booking is accepted, this constitutes an agreement between the customer and Wonderful Waves .
In case of cash payment mechanism, the customer shall be solely responsible for paying in cash upon provision of the service and for any additional fees that Wonderful Waves may impose as a result of the “Special Request” or “General Request”.
The user’s refund may take 2 to 7 working days to be processed on the bank payment gateway for debit / credit cards. We will send an email to the user containing a printed copy of the refund advice printed from the bank payment gateway for debit / credit cards as a reference in case the user wishes to advise the bank. The user must follow up with the bank in case of any delay in re-adding the amount previously paid by the user to the user’s account.
Customers using different payment gateway must be available on their contact numbers.
The customer is fully responsible for submitting the payment request using the payment gateway after carefully reading these Terms of Use.
The payment method used in the payment gateway, application and/or website must be the user's own, otherwise, the user must obtain the legal permission from the card owner to conduct the transaction directly from the card owner.
Wonderful Waves Gift Vouchers or Promotions are a way for users to obtain special benefits from the Wonderful Waves Application and/or Website and benefit from them or gift them to another person to request a service through the Application and/or Website and can be used on the basis of: Registered users of Wonderful Waves can purchase gift vouchers or promotional offers. Promotional coupons are subject to expiration dates and value for specific promotions. These terms apply to all coupons/promotional codes/promotional offers for services of Wonderful Waves . Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or offer of Wonderful Waves Only one coupon or code can be used per service. Promotional codes are expressly non-transferable and non-refundable, and have no cash value. Wonderful Waves reserves the right to reject the voucher for any reason. Wonderful Waves reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time and without notice. Referral vouchers cannot be used in connection with any other customer offer or promotion.

Wonderful Waves shall not be responsible for any problems that may arise from the use of the application and/or the website by any other person, and Wonderful Waves shall inform the user of any promotional offers, which occur generally or in a specific area and from which the customer may benefit, through instant notifications on the application or emails or SMS messages or social media and other available means of communication, so that the customer can request services and benefit from the offers and discounts, which require membership and registration in the application and/or the website of Wonderful Waves .
Wonderful Waves will send you SMS text messages to verify your registration and membership request, and direct notifications will be sent to the application and/or website such as information about the service provider, and conducting a customer satisfaction survey after the completion of the service. You may incur costs from these SMS messages from your mobile phone service provider. Wonderful Waves is not responsible for any of these potential costs.
• The washing company may contact you directly to schedule your
service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey in the event
of an order cancellation to determine the reasons for the order
cancellation.
• All incoming and outgoing customer service
calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes and in
accordance with our Terms of Service.
• We may ask you
where you heard about Wonderful Waves to evaluate our marketing
strategies.
• We may conduct customer satisfaction
surveys.
• We will save your payment details (debit card /
Mada card / credit card / STC pay / Apple pay / etc.) to secure
your regular booking. We reserve the right to charge the full
amount to your debit or credit card even if the vehicle is not
available for cleaning for any reason and the booking has not
been cancelled in advance.
The Customer agrees to access and use the Application and/or the Website for strictly lawful purposes and agrees that it will not use any device, software or other tool to hack, obstruct or attempt to obstruct the proper functioning of the Website, nor will it undertake any action or intent to impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or system, and the Customer agrees that it will not use any human or other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy our Application or the Content contained herein, without the express prior consent of Wonderful Waves .
We only use any personal data we collect through your use of these platforms and services in the ways set out in our Privacy Policy: https://wonderfulwaves.sa/privacy-policy.html Please be aware that Internet transmissions are not completely private or secure and that any message or information you send using these platforms or any service may be read or intercepted by others, even if you specifically notice that a particular transmission is encrypted.
Reservations cannot be cancelled or modified one hour before the service or after the order status has been changed to “On the way”. Failure to cancel the reservation or change the time in a timely manner according to the terms and conditions will result in the service value being deducted. Wonderful Waves reserves the right to charge the full amount if the booking is cancelled on the day without prior agreement. Wonderful Waves reserves the right to change or amend the time/date of the booking without penalty or compensation, but Wonderful Waves will ensure that the customer is informed of any amendments to the bookings. Wonderful Waves reserves the full right to amend or relocate the booking in line with its staff levels and/or weather conditions and/or equipment failure or difficulty of execution without any form of fines or liability towards the company. Failure to be present or provide the opportunity for Wonderful Waves staff at the time and location of the requested service will result in the full value of the service being charged and deducted.
If there is a clear request that the service provider did not provide the service, Wonderful Waves Company will, at its expense, recover and return the service amount to the customer. Personal cleaning of the vehicle after service is provided by Wash Company voids any comments on the service provided by us. Failure to disclose at the time of booking any notices or conditional issues including heavy stains, human or animal biological waste, unpleasant odors, mold, chemical spills, mildew, chemical overspray or any other unstable materials will void our liability and release any future responsibility for our service to the customer. No refunds, returns or additional work will be given for the service requested. Any objection or refund claims must be submitted within a maximum of 48 hours of completion of the service via phone or email (wonderfulwavescompany@gmail.com) or submitting a review online or via the application. Photos to prove the objection or refund claim must be sent to wonderfulwavescompany@gmail.com within a maximum of 24 hours of providing the service.
The more suggestions customers provide, the better the service becomes. If the user can send any feedback or suggestions regarding the services, there is an opportunity to use them and develop the services, so the user grants us an un, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable and royalty-free license to use any such feedback, comments or suggestions for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to the user or customer. If the company chooses not to implement the suggestion or feedback, please do not take it personally. However, the company appreciates that.
Wonderful Waves takes customer satisfaction very seriously in
appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by Wonderful
Waves , the company will implement a full or partial refund or
compensation with free services, in the following cases:

If the service requested by the customer is not performed, the
full amount will be refunded to the customer; Wonderful Waves
will do its utmost to ensure the customer’s complete
satisfaction with the services provided. If you have a complaint
about the services, the company will deal with it according to
its complaints policy, and this is free of charge. The customer
will not have to pay to deal with the complaint. Complaints must
be notified to Wonderful Waves within 24 hours of the time the
Service is carried out if the Customer believes that the Company
has breached its obligations under these Terms. However, if the
Customer is not completely satisfied, they should simply contact
our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of the Service being
carried out - details of which are shown in the clause below.
Any complaints made after 24 hours will be considered.
Wonderful Waves may from time to time automatically update the Applications and Platforms and change the Services to improve performance, enhance functionality, reflect changes in the operating system or address security issues, and therefore the Customer will be required to update the Application or Platforms for these reasons. If Customer chooses not to install these updates or if Customer opts out of automatic updates, Customer may not be able to continue using the relevant platforms and services or some new features may not be available to Customer. The Application and Platforms will always operate with the current version (current being defined as the version released for use at least 3 months ago) or previous version of the Operating System (as may be updated from time to time) and match its description provided to the Customer when downloading it.
Wonderful Waves shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to events beyond its control, which may include strikes, riots, fires, acts of God, war, terrorism, pests, diseases and governmental actions.
Wonderful Waves hereby acknowledges and warrants that the Service or its use as described herein will not infringe any third party rights or violate any applicable laws or regulations, such as copyright, trademark and patent laws. Unless expressly stated in this Agreement, Wonderful Waves makes no warranty, directly or indirectly, with respect to any matter, including any restrictions on advertising and any other services, and expressly disclaims any warranties or conditions resulting from non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for any purpose. Wonderful Waves , its employees and representatives make no warranty as to the results of the Service request, and the User bears all risks and liability in connection therewith.
Limitation of Liability The application and/or the site is used
at the customer's and user's own risk, the site is provided on
an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
(a) Wonderful Waves disclaims all liability of any kind
whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise in
relation to the Application and/or the Website and/or the
Service provided.
(b) All implied warranties, terms and
conditions relating to the Application and/or the Website and/or
the Service provided (whether implied by statute, common law or
otherwise), including (but not to) any warranty, condition or
term in relation to accuracy, completeness, satisfactory
quality, performance, fitness for purpose or any particular
purpose, availability, non-infringement, accuracy of
information, interoperability or quiet enjoyment, as between
Wonderful Waves and the Customer or beneficiary of the Services,
hereby and in particular, but without prejudice to the
foregoing, we do not assume any responsibility for any technical
failure of the Internet and/or the Application and/or the
Website or any damage or injury to users or their equipment
resulting from or in connection with their use of the equipment
or the provision of services to the Customer and/or User and
Wonderful Waves Company will not be liable in contract, tort
(including, but not to, negligence) by law or otherwise, as a
result of or in connection with the Service provided, for any:
(I) economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of
personal belongings or breakage, scratching or damage to any
vehicle or part thereof).
(II) Loss of goodwill or
reputation.
(III) Special, indirect or consequential loss.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wonderful Waves Company, its officers, directors, successors and assigns from and against any liability, damage, loss or expense, including attorneys' fees, resulting from the posting, distribution or transmission of any advertisement submitted by or on behalf of the User or the linking of any advertisement to any other materials. The Customer agrees to hold Wonderful Waves Company fully and upon demand harmless from and against any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred directly or indirectly as a result of the Customer's actions while providing the Service other than as provided in these Terms or applicable laws.
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that part will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to remedy the unenforceability or invalidity, or if the unenforceability or invalidity cannot be cured, that part will be severed from these Terms, and the remaining part of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by either party to exercise any right under
the Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. No waiver
under the Terms shall be effective unless made in writing and
signed by an authorized representative of the party deemed to
have granted the waiver.
Customer must be 18 years of age
or older to accept these Terms and use the Application and
related platforms or services.
Any obligations and liabilities incurred prior to the date of these Terms shall be superseded by this Agreement for all purposes, and these Terms shall remain in full force and effect until terminated by Wonderful Waves with new terms in effect. You may terminate this Agreement and the Terms at any time by notifying Wonderful Waves that the Customer no longer wishes or desires to access or use the Services, or upon ceasing to use any of the Services. If the Customer fails or refuses, in Wonderful Waves 's sole discretion, or Wonderful Waves notices or suspects that the Customer has failed or refused to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms, the Company may also terminate this Agreement at any time without notice and the Customer and/or User shall remain legally liable for all claims and actions due up to the date of termination; and/or the Customer may be prevented from accessing any part of the Services.
If the Customer in any way breaches or violates any of the
rights or provisions set forth in these Terms, or if the Company
reasonably suspects that the Customer has in any way breached or
violated any of the rights or provisions set forth in these
Terms, the Company reserves the right to impose consequences or
penalties or take certain actions, which may include but are not
to.
• Notify you of one or more graphic warnings.
•
temporarily suspend your access to or use of the Services;
• You will not be allowed to access or use the Services at
all.
• Restrict computers using your IP address from
accessing the Services.
• Contact any or all of your
Internet Service Providers and ask them to disallow you from
accessing or using the Services.
• take legal action
against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise.
"Wonderful Waves" trademark is registered. The Wonderful Waves
trademark is a registered trademark in the GCC of Wonderful
Waves LLC. The Customer or any other party is not permitted to
use it without official approval, unless it is part of the
materials you use as permitted under these Terms and with the
official approval of Wonderful Waves.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer/User and Wonderful Waves with respect to its subject matter, superseding and replacing any prior versions of the Terms and the Customer/User may not assign or transfer these Terms or any right granted hereunder and may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when using the Wonderful Waves Application and/or Website or third party products or services.
